Program Description

Last year, the University of California–Sacramento opened The WELL: Recreation and Wellness Center. Under the direction of Executive Director of University Union Operations Leslie Davis, this center provides whole-health care for the campus. Join Davis and fellow presenters as they share their story and identify key components for creating a culture of wellness on your campus, including researching and developing a wellness model based on campus culture, recruiting support and involvement from campus entities, and developing a marketing campaign. Davis will also discuss how the mission of The WELL connects with the union.
