Video – Review

Communications coordinators are charged with reviewing and submitting regional videos prior to publication and promotion.

The communications coordinator should be notified when a video is being produced. Video Creation Guidelines may be found in the Branding Guide. 

Once the video is completed, it will be submitted to the communications coordinator for approval.

When proofing:

  • Be sure ACUI Style Guide and Logo Guide rules are followed
  • Check for fast pans or zooms. These motions should be smooth.
  • Make sure the sound levels and video quality are appropriate. 
  • Speak with the person who created the video to ensure all music and clips are original or not copyrighted.

After the video is finalized, the communications coordinator should submit it for publication to their Central Office staff liaison.
