Printed and Electronic Materials Guidelines and Review Process

Printed and electronic materials that will be passed out/shown to event attendees will need to be reviewed. This includes signage, general session slides, handouts, delegate bags, videos, save-the-date promotions for the following year, etc.

Review Process

Regions should submit these items through the regional communications coordinator; those working with international programs will work with Central Office liaison. Please allow one week for the review process.

Be sure all other materials submitted for approval meet ACUI style and logo use standards.
