Hotel Information

There are a couple of great options in the Providence area, which will allow participants to continue to connect and network on the July 16 after Day 1 in Worcester and be close to Bryant University.

One suggestion is the Hampton Inn Seekonk, which is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Providence.

The second suggestion is the Wyndham Garden Providence, which is located about six minutes from Providence.

Both hotels feature free parking and free breakfast.

Travel Details

Attendees will need to drive themselves, but parking is provided at every campus stop, and parking is free at the hotel. Please let us know if we can be of any help in figuring out carpooling opportunities.

Dinner on July 16

Continue the networking and join us for dinner on July 16 as we wind down from Day 1 and prepare for Day 2.

Dinner is on your own. We will meet at Dave and Busters in the evening to have some fun, food, and fun! Dave and Busters is located in the Providence Place Mall and parking is just $2.

Registration will be available this month with the following rates for members and nonmembers.

General Register

One-Day Registration: $30 members; $45 nonmembers
