Join ACUI Region III and V inclusivity coordinators and the Seminole Allies and Safe Zones coordinator at Florida State University for an online roundtable discussion focused on how we can create more inclusive spaces by supporting transgender and gender-nonconforming students. This discussion involves sharing best practices for creating inclusive environments on campus and in unions, including examples of how students can officially change their names (including HR procedures for student employees), student identification cards, and housing assignments. Additional conversation topics include the importance of personal gender pronouns, examples of educational resources (i.e., safe zone trainings), and how to create inclusive safe spaces in the union.

Program Fees
