Union staff need expert negotiations skills to develop effective relationships and suppliers. However, these skills are rarely part of a professional's education or experience. The presenter brings experience from both the sales and buyer side of the negotiating table and will include information regarding basic do's and don'ts, different negotiation modes, cross-cultural negotiations, concession strategies, positions of power, tactics, and moving past deadlocks.
