This 60-minute online learning program applies the results of a study sponsored by the Council for the Advancement in Standards (CAS) and the National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs (NCLP) to the design and delivery of collegiate leadership programs. This study, the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership–Institutional Survey (MSL-IS), examines the role of CAS Student Leadership Programs standards and self-assessment processes in enhancing programs and services that contribute to the development of student leadership learning and developmental outcomes. In particular, this program features ten practical recommendations for campuses as outlined in a newly published report and invites participants to apply recommendations to their own campuses and leadership curricula.
