During this program, customer service expert Ann Thomas will help campus professionals and student employees understand the various generations within our workforce and campus community. Discussion will focus on the campus service environment specifically related to Veterans', Boomers', Gen Xers', and Millennials' expectations and preferences. This program can be incorporated into student employee training, new professional orientation, or planning meetings for managerial staff.  

This webinar is part of a three-program series that also included Customer Service Basics for Campus Professionals and Students (which aired July 27) and the upcoming online learning event ‘Pay Attention’: Listening and Learning from Campus Customers (Aug. 17).
