Registration for professional staff, graduate and undergraduate students, and veteran members includes various educational and social opportunities, as well as meals.

Cancellation Policy
Payment for all fees is due at the time of registration. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. International currency will be accepted at the exchange rate prevalent at the time of payment. A $25 processing fee will be added to all registrations not paid in full by the first day of the conference. Upon written request, credit will be issued for all fees, less a $50 processing charge, until Feb. 10. No credit will be issued for tour or preconference program cancellations after Feb. 10. A $100 processing charge will be assessed for conference registrations canceled in writing from Feb. 11–26. No credits will be issued beginning Feb. 26. If payment has been received prior to cancellation, refunds will be issued, less fees, after the conference. Unpaid cancellation fees and no-shows are billed.

Minimum numbers for tours and preconference programs must be met by Feb. 26, 2016 to prevent cancellation. Should minimum not be met, ACUI will offer credit toward another tour or a full refund for the tour that is canceled.
