This interactive session demonstrates campus green funds’ abilities to provide students with leadership and job opportunities while simultaneously improving campus sustainability and community.

Learning Outcomes

Session participants will learn about the various skills and opportunities students can obtain through involvement with campus green funds, such as:

  • Running a campus campaign
  • Grant writing
  • Leadership, project management, soft job, and green job skills
  • Internships funded by green funds
  • Marketing and outreach skills
  • Promoting campus community through collaboration, diversity, and social justice
