ACUI Expo

The ACUI Expo offers you six hours of uncontested time to meet with potential buyers. ACUI is committed to helping companies seize the opportunity to reach buyers in higher education and offers increased visibility to more than 4,000 potential buyers on more than 700 campuses. ACUI members influence buying decisions for their institutions and are directly involved in the day-to-day operations of student-centered facilities and programs, retail businesses, and auxiliaries.

Booth Rental Amenities:

  • Up to four conference registrations for company representatives. Registrations allow for access to all educational sessions.
  • Complimentary listing on the ACUI website, On-site Conference Program, and Expo Shopper's Guide.
  • Pipe and drape, waste basket, and booth sign.
  • One complimentary list of conference delegates sent via e-mail with each registered delegate's full name, institution, and postal address for a pre- or post-show marketing opportunity.
  • Traffic builders located in the ACUI Expo hall to encourage attendee relaxation and retention.
  • Security in the hall when exhibits are closed.

Associate Members 

Priority discount – $2,200
Each additional booth is $2,050
Application and payment must be received by June 29, 2012.

Early Bird discount – $2,350
Each additional booth is $2,200
Application and payment must be received by Oct. 18, 2012.

Regular fee – $2,500
Each additional booth is $2,350
Application and payment must be received by March 10, 2013.

* Companies will not be listed in ACUI publications unless payment for booth(s) has been made.  

* ACUI associate members in good standing on the date the ACUI Expo begins are eligible for the member discount. If membership has lapsed between the date of the application and the date of the ACUI Expo opening, the difference between the member and nonmember rate will be assessed. 

* Booth assignments for the ACUI Expo will occur the week of Dec. 3, 2012.
