Onsite Communications

Don't miss a bit of the conference news

Watch for the following insights into the happenings in Chicago from those at the event and those following around the globe.

The Daily Newsletter

Gone are the days of the paper copies handed out to delegates while they stream off the elevator each morning. You can view the conference updates from your room while you are having your morning coffee. The newsletter will be e-mailed to all registered delegates each evening. The Conference Concierge and Member Services Center will have access to all of this information as well. Additionally, a link will be available from the front page of the conference website easily accessible from one of the many e-mail stations on Level 4 or 5.

Conference Reporting

The Commons will have “Instant Replay” Education posts as well as a few Pespective posts reflecting on the conference experience. Those conference-specific posts will be streamed on the front page of the conference website and are also available from The Commons pages as well.

Reminders

Conference reminders will be sent in many ways available including Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, the conference website, and text message. To receive a text update from the ACUI Conference Twitter account, text: "follow (space) acuiconference" to 40404. You do not have to have a Twitter account to do this, and it is a free feature. Text fees from your mobile carrier do apply as usual.
