  • Ensuring customer satisfaction among online constituents
  • Helping others understand the role of the college union
  • Need for flexible, multipurpose space
  • Off-campus groups using resources
  • Outdated models of meeting diverse students’ needs
  • Privatization of services and outsourcing
  • Responsibility to develop students through employment opportunities
  • Students not using technology appropriately
  • Sustainability and eco-savvy generation
  • Turnover in entry-level positions
  • Union board’s relationships with other campus organizations
