Job Description - Games Room/Recreation Center Manager

Category: Student employee

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the games room/recreation center including staffing, opening and closing of facility, cash management, programming, and rental services. Addresses customer issues, needs, and feedback. Promotes and markets the games room. Organizes and coordinates leagues, tournaments, and special events. Job duties may incorporate strategic planning, event management, cash handling, statistical analysis, employee supervision, and recruitment as well as other duties as assigned.

Special qualifications: Expertise in bowling, billiards, bowling mechanical equipment, and pro-shop sales; Excellent customer service skills are a must; Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; Possess good analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills as well as the ability to be flexible in both hours and creative thinking

Education: Undergraduate degree-seeking student in good academic standing.
